I am writing this note because I am concerned about the proposed Bus. Opportunity Rule R511993. I feel to give out peoples names is a direct violation of peoples privacy. 7 day waiting period is unreal as people buy cars, Tv's, & much more expensive items than the cost of a consultants kit which has the compay buy back policy guarntee, we are talking a kit that costs approximately $100. When I joined Lia Sophia I loved the jewelry & I wanted to make extra money. I also have been a sales person for another company that I have sold for 4 years. I appreciate the work that the FTC does to protect consumers, yet this proposed new rule is very burdensome & unreal. Thank you
