Dear Sir or Madam; While I thank you for the fine job you are doing, protecting the consumer from fraudulant business scams, I am concerned about Business Opportunity Rule R511993. The two points that concern me the most are references and the seven day waiting period. I have owned and operated a family daycare for more than 20 years. Even though I love what I do, I never saw a retirement in sight. Xango has given me that vision. I just retired from daycare to help people with Xango as of June 30th this year. I am very concerned about the impact this Rule could have on my business. I personally have a hard time with the reference part of the rule, because we had such strict requirement with privacy in the daycare business, and you want me to give all kinds of personal information to potencial new customers. If I knew my information would be given out to others that would definitely deter me from making a purchase. I am also concerned about the seven day waiting period. I cannot believe you can buy a gun with a three day waiting period, but to buy a whole fruit product someone would have to wait seven. It just doesn't make sense to me. What would the new customer think of me, it makes it seem like I'm doing something wrong. I hope you consider some of the points you have in this Rule, because I am quite concerned how this will impact my new business, this is the only source of income I have. Thank you for your time, and may God bless your decisions. Sincerely, Julie Sacotte
