My wife, Heather, and I have owned our own business through this incredible oraganization for 27 years now and it has surpassed any of our original expectations. At the beginning, our goal was to make a secondary income to offset expenses, wherein fact, it has given us financial freedom and, best of all TIME with our family. When presenting the business, we do as we were initially taught....we say this takes hard work and time and it is in no way a get rich quick scheme. Also, we tell our prospects that we're not anxious for them to sign up until they acquire the information they need to make an educated decision. We don't make money simply by them signing up. We always tell the new IBO that if he/she is not satisfied or, if there is a change of mind, they can get their money back, without any delay. Our downline are taught to do the same. A mandatory 7-day waiting period could, however, be a tremendous hindrance to a new IBO, particularly if that person is excited in sharing the business opportunity right away with family and friends. It's like putting on the brakes for someone who is ready to take off. We would find it very distasteful, at best, to reveal a list of other IBOs -what an invasion of privacy that would be! Too, the idea of disclosing all past litigation, even if the accusations had no validity, has deep ramifications for the ENTIRE world of business, not just Quixtar. That's going down a slippery slope and the bad guys would simply ignore it, regardless. Our three children have seen what the business has meant to our family and all three are IBOs now. We are so grateful for what this business has taught them: that diligence and hard work will be rewarded and treating others with respect and honesty is of utmost importance. We always tell prospects that if this business weren't of the highest ethical standards we would not desire to have our children involved for we believe CHARACTER counts in the business world. We are immensely proud to be affiliated with Quixtar, a company whose leadership has set the bar very high in business standards.
