First, let me say that I strongly disagree with this proposal. The government should be working to create less paperwork instead of always causing more paperwork for legitimate businesses. Personally, I am a taxpaying citizen who is tired of the continuous mountains of paperwork required to do anything. Our society is on paperwork overload. Big corporations make it impossible to do business with them unless you are a big corporation. It takes forever to see a court case make it to court because of the mountains of paperwork and the expense. So know FTC has decided to protect the small business owner with more paperwork. Stop cowtelling to big business and give the small business a chance without overloading them with more paperwork. Let the justice system put bad companies and people behind bars. Don't overregulated small business.
