I just want to send a message on this stupid proposal. Let me give you some background information on myself before I say anything about the proposal. I have been an IBO for two years (started when I was 18). When I got going in the business I understood what I got into. I wasn't scammed (gas pill for example). When I share this business with someone I tell him or her it’s not a "get rich quick" and I tell him or her it’s a 2-5 year business model and it takes work. I tell them this is not a something for nothing deal. When I prospect I’m looking for people that are ambitious, looking for more in life, teachable, and have integrity. If they lack integrity, I wouldn't want to be friends with them nor would I want to be in business with them. If someone gets in business with me they can order some energy drinks and that, but lets say for example they wanted out for some reason, they can get that money back, quixtar has a 180 day money back policy. This proposal will literally cripple everything I have done, all my energies over the past two years. I have been working this hard, and my goal is to be a silver by my 21st Birthday in October (I will most likely hit it in September). A bill like this would put a halt to that and THAT WOULD EFFECT MANY LIVES. For example, if I someone got into my business and could sponsor someone after 7 days. I'd only be allowed to put 4 people in depth per month, that’s basically 52 people a year. It'd crush the growth of my team. I've been working this hard + a job+ full time of schooling. Also in addition to the 7day thing, if I had to give a potential IBO other IBO names and numbers, FIRST, I wouldn't want my name and number being handed to a bunch of random people. Second, if they call them, that person could sponsor them, then I'd lose out on my ability of sponsoring them. When I share someone this business I show him or her that SA-4400 sheet. Furthermore, If I had to share my income with a prospect, lets say if I’m making a couple hundred a month, that might make them join or give them more incentive, but my new person just starting making zero a month has no chance. Please don't give this the chance to be passed, it'd hurt to many lives of the honest people.... And I just want to point out one common sense thing, IF A COMPANY IS DOING SOMETHING ILLEGAL, ITS ILLEGAL AND THEY WON'T FOLLOW THE RULES REGARDLESS UNTIL THEY ARE CAUGHT!
