Dear Sirs. I am an independent distributor with Market America. Any new regulations concerning earnings, rules requirements etc puts less of a freedom on an already overregulated business industry. We are America the free and for the FTC to make new rules will make it even harder to achieve the American dream of financial freedom through the direct sales industry. Please leave all as is in our industry and give the hard working independent contractors or distributors the freedom to build their own businesses withour more red tape to hinder the process. It is hard enough to build success in our industry and the hard working distributors do not need any more regulations to make succecc harder and stifle dreams.
