Every business venture is a risk. I consider myself a mature adult and don't believe that I should only count on the government social security benefits to secure my retirement. I believe in self employment and I don't think that the FTC should decide for me. Most sales that are done in any business have a 30 to 90 days money back guaranteed. So any body who feels has been taken advantage of has a lot of protection. We do not need any more. The reason a lot of people don't make it is that they quit too early. Do you want to increase the unemployment claims and bankrupcy by over 13 millions who are honest citizens and just want to provide a better life for themselves and their family??? You will only contribute to make their life harder while the senators and congressmen/women retire after just a few years of service with full benefits and outrageous pension for the rest of their life while making such decision for us that will force us to retire on less than a thousand a month. Are you out of your mind??? The very few people who use fraud will have nothing to do with your effort to stop them. They just will laugh at all of us while they still do their criminal activities Don't penalize the vast majority of us honest citizen in an effort to stop the criminals. Let the industry regulate itself. For God sake please don't think for us. No offense but we have more common sense than most of you senators and congressmen/women who make decision for us without really knowing what really goes on in the field. Leave the small businesses and direct selling alone, we are doing fine. The regulation you are trying to pass will only paralyze the private enterprise and turn this country into economical chaos. Let the United States of America be free. We have already enough freedom taken away from us, we don't need more. You cannot take responsibility for us. Thank you for trying to help, but I don't think you are going about it the right way with the ruling you are trying to pass. Sincerely, Chantal
