July 11, 2006 Good Day: We would commend the FTC in their commitment to honesty and ethical operation of businesses. This has allowed my family to operate a small business through the Quixtar companies. In conducting our business over the past ten years, we would accept a reasonable cancellation period. The literature and internet sites we provide our prospects with, enables them to be informed, so that a sound decision can be reached. However, after registering as an independent owner with our sponsorship, we monitor their involvement and are always willing to refund their money and start the process to exit them from their business affiliation. We feel there are two other points being considered that could potentially have a negative impact upon our business, a seven-day waiting period to sign up and a disclosure of my financial records. First of all, we are not selling a gun, but offering an opportunity. Most of our business associates want to be able to order our quality products as soon as possible. Also, to disclose financial records would indicate they are buying our business or entering into a partnership, which the prospect is not. We realize your intentions are to support reasonable business decisions that are fair in helping consumers to make wise choices, while not interfering with the ability of a business to make money with legitimate product merchandising. Thank you. Respectfully, Ken and Carol Wolske Wolske Development
