My husband and I have been IBO's since 1994. When we registered we felt that we were very well informed as to how the business opportunity that we were being given worked and we attempt to give the same information to our prospects and to impart to them that it is not a "get rich quick "scheme. We always tell them that there is work involved. We also tell them that there is a money back guarantee if they are not satisfied. The 7 day waiting period would hinder both our business and also our new prospects business whereby we both would be losing time and money.the requirementof providing a list of local IBO"S as a reference to my prospects would most likely cause me to lose that prospect to someone else if he knew them or even liked that IBO better.Quxitar has the average monthly incomes for prospects to review. I do not see why they should have to know what we make in our business. You wouldn't tell someone what you make on your job. The Providing a litigation list over the past 10 years would definitely cause a problem for me because I do not know all the parties involved in the litigations and some of them that were filed have no merit and I don't see where they involve my business.I have only had positive experiences since being involved with Quixtar/Amway and I cannot see any good in changing the R511993 Business Opportunity Rule in this manner.
