In regards to the Businness Opportunity Business Rule, R511993, please take into consideration the following points against this proposed legislation: The components of the Rule would greatly inhibit the free enterprise system born in the U.S. It would cripple thousands of small businesses with increased regulations that don't necessarily target the kinds of businesses that may not be legal. Personally, I have been involved in the Quixtar business for about one year and have found the leadership to be some of the highest of integrity people I have met in my lifetime. Those who have suceeded in this business have done so because of , without question , honesty, persistance, hard work, and a love for others. To play a part in getting a family relieved of financial burdens through a business of their own is truly something special. It is not solely the financial rewards of this business but its ability to spur positive change in attitude, work ethic, and an absolute softening of the heart. So I urge you to please consider the severe impact of these proposed restrictions to free enterprise and small business ownership as nothing but "red tape in the wrong direction".
