Hello, Regarding the Business Opportunity Rule #R511993 I just wanted to say that I think if this Rule becomes law you are punishing the rest of us because of the wrong doings of some. The 7 day waiting period would greatly hurt my business as would the list of nearest references. There has to be other ways for people to be able to figure out if a company is legitimate without putting such restrictions on the companies who are doing a perfectly legal business. Please don't let this happen. There has to be a better way to stop the deceptive, dishonest people out there and it should be without harming or hindering us honest business people. I don't believe that this is the best way to take care of the problem. Please go back to the drawing board and think up some other way to make sure that people don't get taken advantage of.
