Sirs, I will be polite but frank. Your proposal is well intended but overly intrusive. Your proposal would impact thousands of honest people who are attempting to build an extra income. In some cases, this is their sole source of income. Your proposal invades our privacy. You would make our private information available to potentially thousands of strangers. You want information released from the company about previous or current distributors before a person may decide to join a company. This is overly restrictive. Most people join a direct sales/mlm company and never do more than buy the products for themselves. A good idea in your proposal is to notify people of lawsuits against the company. However, this should be limited to lawsuits or judgements won not just filed. As you well know, anyone can file a lawsuit, that doesn't mean it was justified or that the person won. I work for a federal agency and I have seen employees file lawsuits agains other employees for on the job events. Just because you file, doesn't mean it was justified. Please withdraw this proposed action. It is overly restrictive and unfair. Respectfully, Donald Hylton
