Hello my name is Carl Winckler. This letter is in response to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I feel that this piece of legislation, if passed, in its current state would prohibit the viability of the business I currently operate from my home as a XanGo™ Independent Distributor. I started out as a dental technician after graduating from high school. No matter how hard I worked I made the same amount of money. I wanted to start my own business and I did. The only thing I knew was I wanted to help my family so that we didnt have to struggle. I started a painting company called Pressure & Painting Pros LLC. I put everything I have in the company and it is not moving very fast. I need capital and knowledge to be able to run my business successfully. I was introduced to Xango through some family members and it changed my life. I learned more about business and helping people through Xango then I ever did in school. After learning about businesses and why a majority of them fail, I know I would not have made it this far without failing . XanGo has given me the strength to stand up for myself and do what I need to do to make a difference in this world. XanGo is not some easy way to make money you have to try just as hard in it as you do with everything else. People with talent for learning and Listening will excel faster then others. XanGo is as fair as it gets their is no secrets hear you ether help people or you will not succeed. What is specially bothersome are the sections in the proposed rule (Rule 511993) that would make it hard or almost impossible for me to sell the XanGo™ product and would seriously impede, if not eliminate, the possibility to introduce the opportunity to others. These new rules have the potential to devastate the growth and profit potential of the business we operate. I know this rule was drafted with the best intentions in mind to protect those of us who may fall prey to others who operate unethically within our industry. I see these practices personally by those who approach me because of my success. However, the proposed rule R511993 will do nothing to stop these people and/or practices yet negatively impact the honest. This will hurt if not ruin my business. Those whom this rule targets have never bothered to follow regulation anyway, so what I see here is a shotgun being used when a rifle is needed. Let’s go after the problems with a well thought out plan that targets those problems specifically and not the masses. Thank you, in advance, for your time and attention to my concern. My hope is that some light has been brought onto these issues and that you will help me, and many others, continue a way of life we have come to love. Please freely contact me if I can be of any further assistance in the least. Passionately, Carl Winckler
