I am 61 years old, I worked as an employee for over 20 years and I have had my traditional documeny imaging business for the last 20 years, however, for the last two and a half years I have also had a Home based Network Marketing Business that has been instrumental in providing for my family's needs and it is what I plan to do after I retire, since Social Security will not be enough. I am alarmed at the proposed FTC rules for new business opportunities, I am afraid that new rule can make me go broke. I believe you are proposing gigantic requirements that will prevent many people from joining a good business just by generating FEAR in their minds and worse, ii will make our work a nightmare by having to keep track and to disclose so many unnecessary information. It seems to be that you are against the small entrepenour. Where in the world can you start a business that can support your family for an initial cost of only $49.95 ? Many of the people that join our business will never have enough savings to start a traditional business or to buy a Franchise for thousands of dollars. But we in the direct selling industry can offer them a legitimate business that they afford. If you implement the new proposed rules, you will kill that opportunity for millions of americans. Please do not do that. Your duty is not to erect obstacles to Trade and Business, your duty is to help the growth of trade and business. Respectfully, Mario Ray
