I have been an IBO since November 2001. My goals of being able to make my life easier by using the ditto delivery, personal improvement by using the system, traveling to neat places and meeting new people have been met by participating in this company. My next goal is to grow my business by sharing the business plan. I was crest fallen to find that the FTC proposal to make the process for sharing by business more complicated by requiring further requirements in presenting the opportunity for becoming an independent business owner with Quixtar. I see it as government meddling with the American dream of freedom and the pursuit of happiness. I am aware that there are people who are unethical and are making money from those who look for opportunities, such as this but it is wrong to cause those that have done no wrong and would not participate in wrongdoing, such as myself. Those that are found to have broken the law should be punished. Allow those that value our freedom be free to make choices and exercise our freedom to participate in free enterprise in a networking system with proven integrity such as Quixtar, I have enjoyed the income derived from this business, knowing that, the more I follow the counsel provided from the leaders, the system and put in my own work; I can increase that income at any time. Information is already available to prospective IBO's from several areas, use of the internet, attending the events, participating in the system that provides audios or personal visits to one' home. I had a visit from one of the leaders of the team to my home, he patiently shared further information and listened to my questions, providing a beginning to a relationship that continues today as my leader and guide in building my business. What I love most about this organization is that I have never felt pushed to do anything I didn't want to do but definitely guides me in the direction of growth, where I choose what to participate in and what I don't, I alone must accept responsibility for my choice of action or inaction. I know this is not a get rich quick scheme because I have not got rich quick but understand exactly what to do to met financial goals by using the system provided through Freedom Quest International, InterNet Services and Legacy Business Group. When I share this business with others, it is easy to share accurate information by using the tools, audios, pamphlets, DVD's and events such as the open meetings, Business Development Seminar and Conferences. Through consistent participation in these events and use of these materials, I can feel more confident to share information that is helpful in ensuring the success of prospective IBO's, if they are willing to follow the information provided and do the work! I tell them that they can build a business or participate, by using the products as a consumer, such I did, until they feel comfortable building the business and then they can shop and make money when they choose to build their business. I have only registered a couple of IBO's, because I didn't feel ready to share this opportunity with many others, for personal reasons. One IBO paid $112.00, including a product pack, in September ' 04. The first IBO I registered paid only the annual business fee of $37.00, needless to say, they are no longer in the business, I believe, since they never tried the products. Neither IBO asked for money back. We read the contract together to make sure they understood that they could get their money back. I am especially concerned about the provision that asks for the IBO to give references and earning disclosure. The treat of identity theft is too great to make these types of provisions that we have no way to check the prospective IBO's background, nor would I want to check their background, this is an evasion of privacy. The process the business follows for business growth is just fine as it exists. Anyone can be sued!
