I am totally against the proposed business opportunity rule. I have been a productive Independent Business Owner with Quixtar since it's beginning. It is a totally fair business system just as it is. If passed this rule would greatly cripple our ability to build our business. We've worked hard for what we have accomplished. I feel that this rule would only discourage other potential business owners due to the fact that they would be made to go through a totally ridiculous process. It is perfectly fair the way it is now because there already is a 6 month money back guarantee in place. There's no reason to slow down the process of sponsoring by mandating that the new person needs to get 10 names and numbers for other IBO's. We've done the work necessary to find that person and then making them wait to talk to 10 other IBO's who may not even be good examples for them to talk to and who could potentially steal them is just down right dumb. (A lazy person with welfare mentality would be for this proposal-something for nothing.) Sounds to me like communism not capitalism which I might add is what our great country was founded on. To me it just sounds like a losers way to slow down the whole process. There is no reason to make someone wait a mandatory 7 days before registering. We build our business as such that we give them plenty of information to make an educated decision by the time they register. This is just another ridiculous attempt to add an unneeded burden on us. My opinion is such that if it ain't broke don't fix it. Also if these rules were set in place I feel that it would turn off alot of people to business' like ours because people in general don't like to have to go through a bunch of red tape to do what they want to do. I'm sure that you would understand that since politics is the greatest example of red tape that we have. Please don't allow these ridiculous rules to go into affect. We want to protect the integrity of our business and this ruling would be detrimental to our future success. (Think of all the lost tax money that the gov't would lose if this affected our businesses)
