I am glad to see that the FTC is getting involved in securing ways to protect people against fraudulent schemes. I am 75 years old and drawing Social Security. Because I can not live on the amount I draw from Social Security, I got involed in my new business to provide me with additional income without being dependent on others as well as to maintain an active life. I enjoy direct selling as it gets me envolved in meeting people and keeps me active to develop my senior years. I hope you will consider laws that will do away with fraudulent groups but protect legitimate direct selling businesses for them to prosper to help individuals like myself as well as keep the economy going. I have not earned anything yet as I have just joined the company, but am looking forward to earning a living in direct sales to help support myself, help others and enjoy life. Sincerely, Paul Lucia
