Dear FTC, It has been an incredible blessing to be part of the Quixtar Opportunity these past 16 yrs. Even when we didn't do much with the business our family has gained great benefits. The FTC knows that Quixtar has set the standards for the industry in Direct Sales, and I personally have met many people who understand that most legal and ethical direct sales businesses set the standards based on Quixtar. I as an IBO feel that if prospects have to wait for 7 days to register, it would create undue challenges that are not nessasary. An example is when my 3 daughters signed up with their 4 friends, a law would have made it very inconvenient and I don't see a benefit for making each one wait. It would not help to show prospects our personal income statements from Quixtar as we all have different work ethics and showing them mine might discourage them from joining when they would have the potential to do so much with Quixtar. Anyway, other get rich quick businesses automatically show people their checks only as enticement. How is that a benefit?? Our sales and income disclosure brochures let the prospects know that this business is definetely not a get rich quick scheme and will take alot of work. But that is what helps them understand that Quixtar is not like some direct sales businesses that has a prospect buy in high and then get alot of money from signing people up and only signing people up is all they have to do with very little work. Quixtar sets us aside from the others and it weeds the unethical out of our business very fast. Thank you for listening and I hope you know that Quixtar should be used as the standard that the FTC should use to regulate all Direct sales businesses, due to the ethical standards we all have to abide by if we want to be a part of Quixtar, and if we want share this opportunity with the citizens of this country. Sincerely, Beth Vroom
