Business Opportunity Rule: My company has a 30 day money back guarantee on its product. Having a waiting period for the same product seems unproductive. I have had occasion to ask the company to send a client's money back. They did with no questions asked and didn't even ask them the send back any unused product. Therefore, your proposal seems to be an unnecesary step in the process of trying to create a stable economy for this country which these types of businesses do. I can see not to far into the future that I will have to hire help in my small business. The compnay I have worked for "in the job market" has just laid off half of its people. I wish I knew what's really behind this proposed rule. I wonder what God's thinks about it. Why don't we all ask Him? Have a great day.
