hi, i am an independent business owner, i only started a few months ago, i personally checked out Quixtar throughly before contacted them, then when saw the business i was throughly imformed so i could make my decision, i was informed this is not a quick rick thing, it would take hard work, i in turn let those i show the same, and that there no guarantees on sucess, it depends on what we do. how much it is to get in, and that they need to see again to make sure it for them, i personally believe that all people should have all the info they need to make their decision & not push into anything that they don't want. also that if they do get & decide not for them they can get a full refund. i am concerned about my privacy & anyone i sign up by full disclosure of our finances, as i understand most businesses don't. on the seven day wait i believe it should be up to the person, that they should not be kept from starting they choose to build their on business. to provide references, when we start we will have none and people contacting other ibos there is chance someone sign under someone else after i did all the hard work is not right, this will keep us out of the business, in my opinion. plus with my schedule having call me personally would cause me undue stress and sleeplessness, i also have multiple sclerosis it could harm me physically, we do have meetings in which they <prospects> can meet others in the business. this proposal does not really cover who the "seller is, the board meaning would mean all litagation against all quixtar and all ibos. including those that have no merit or basis<litagations>. i have also not reach an income as of yet so those like me who have just started cannot give any, what happens to us? i found quixtar to be a company that is honest, has integrity, and does expect us to be too, we have code of ethics, & rules of conduct we follow, we are small business people trying live the american dream <free enterprise>. i know that are those who prey on those out there trying to find a better life i personally have fallen victim a few times, i would like to see them stopped, but not to be stopped myself in the process. there has to be a way to stop those who are out to harm, take advantage of people etc. without the honest business people getting caught in the middle. i know that you have tough job to do but please see my side. thank you allowing me to speak my mind.
