While there are fraudulent companies which people can mistakenly become involved with, there are also very good and beneficial opportunities which this rule would severely hamper. Good honest families are using these companies, AVON, MALALUECA, FREELIFE INT'l, PREPAID LEGAL, MARY KAY, etc. for their livelyhood and have built substantial economy helping tax earning businesses. This rule would unfairly target a viable market. Everyday, people buy businesses, little coffee stands, pizza parlors, etc. and they all have the potential of "buyer beware" with them. So, in " America the Land Of The Free" needs to reamin so, with the right to persue one's dream of owning your own business and suceeding or failing left to the individual. Please do not vote this rule in!
