Comments:
I feel that this proosed act makes the business of multi level marketing virtually impossible to do. If this administration is in the business of helping small businesses, of keeping undue paperkeeping requirements for hindering their businesses, then this ruling flies in the face of all that. It offer little benefit to anyone, and would serve to make it virtually impossible to conduct a mlm business. Way too much work to do to make it happen.
