To whom it may concern: Subject Category: Business Opportunity Rule As an Independent Business Owner, powered by Quixtar.com, I would like to express my sincere thanks for the freedom you have allowed me to have as an owner of a business in America. From the recent information I have received about the possibility of placing certain restrictions for business owners like myself, I also appreciate the FTC allowing me and other business owners the right to express a concern and explain reasons why these restrictions are unnecessary and may cause and harm financial benefits to my family and personal income as a whole. As understood, certain restrictions, - e.g.- not allowing future business owners to register for 7 days, would in fact be unnecessary because of the money back guarantee. At such point a business owner decides this business may not be for him/ her, they have an extremely simple process for a full refund for the charge of registration and any products they may decide to have shipped back to the corporation. These restrictions could harm the financial gain of other furture business owners who may find a financial security which could in fact, as many people have found, be a safety net financially in case of emergency funds because of things such as lay-offs, pensions cut, and or health accidents and or problems limited their work ability. Many examples exist today, and because of the full existing opportunity and rules dealing with the registration of Business owners, personal friends of mine had a financial safety net because of their ability to allow other people to become self-employees immediatley and provide a certain level of success for them. Dealing with the proposition of having to contact 10 IBO's before registration is also a harmful act of business. Two reasons: 1. A prospective person who is looking at this business as an opportunity having to call 10 people who may have become inactive or who's ambition level may be very low; and comparing one's own personality trait to anothers is an act which may result in much regret because the individual(s) decided not to think for themselves, and because of the de-motivation from the existing business owner the prospect may decide to not pursue the opportunity based on someone elses unwillingness to work and or character, which could in fact result in a later time period of regret and loss of income. 2. A prospective individual who is looking who calls 10 IBO's who are extremely excited about this business opportunity may talk the prospect into the Quixtar opportunity when in fact it was only a short term motivation level that began the process. Then the prospective person(s) may decied the business was not for them in the first place, and they have wasted some time, which in fact could have been not wasted if allowed to make a clear-educated decision in the first place.
