I have been made aware of the new laws that you wish to enact and I am grateful that something is finally going to be done about it. However, I would like to voice my concerns about these new laws. I have only been a member of Xango for a short time and have appreciated the opportunity to share this product and business with people, mainly because it has really affected my whole family in such a positive way. I would hate to think that someone would have to wait to purchase this product after I have shared with them such wonderful things about it. Our signup fee is so low that literally every family can afford it. And, if they are not totally satisfied, their money is returned to them. People will come and go in the business, that is for sure, and they have their reasons and I am much more inclined to leave them be than to report gains or losses of potential business owners. There are so many companies that want outrageous amounts of money up front but Xango is just not one of those companies. I am also concerned about having to give out other people's information. As a consumer myself, I would feel very uncomfortable letting others see my information without my express, verbal permission. Does something need to be done about all of the fraud in MLM companies- yes! I agree totally. But to impact so greatly legitimate MLM companies by enacting these laws would be very harsh. There must be other ways to accomplish this mutual goal together. I look forward to our continued relationship as we, the business owners, and you, the business enforcers, move together to weed out the illegal actions of others that destroy so many people's lives. Thank you so much!
