To Whom It May Concern: My name is Marcia C Rodriguez and I am a Quixtar Independent business owner. I am writing to you in reference to the Trade Regulation Rule on Business Opportunities proposal. I have been affiliated with the corporation for a year and a half and they are a first class company. As business owners we always give people the proper facts based on our business model. We inform people of the major corporations we are affiliated with to including websites and credible sources. It should not take a professional seven days to make a decision for this small of an investment. Nevertheless the corporation offers a six month money back guarantee which prospects are made aware of during the information process. The proposal to call ten contacts in the area will affect people in two ways, I don’t think people registered in the business would like their personal information released to strangers. I would not appreciate random people that I don’t know calling my home like a solicitor. In addition different people build the business at different paces and they have different feelings as well. Some people who don’t do the work expect results, since its not a get rich quick program some people get in and don’t do any of the work and blame others for their laziness. It’s not fair to be able to call one of those individuals who expected something for nothing and have them give their feed back to one of my new prospects (who is going to do the work to succeed in the business). Nothing in life comes for free therefore I’m glade this business takes a lot of work to earn a substantial amount of money. It is a two to five year plan not a two to five day plan. We encourage your goals to get things accomplished by eliminating scams, frauds and illegal pyramids but some of your propositions are actually going to hurt the real businesses that enhance free enterprise in this country. Thank You for Your Time, Marcia C Rodriguez
