To whom it may concern: Comments on Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 First item is the seven day waiting period. This seems to be over kill. If you refinance your house you only have a 3 day right of rescission. Products like Xango have a very minimal up-front investments and have a generous buyback policy. Second give list of references can evoke confidentiality and privacy concerns. Banks and other financial instuitions must maintain the privacy of their customers I believe that we should have to also. Only if an individual wants to said something they should be able to. Earnings Claim Statement Like in the insurance industry why should it be told what and how succesful a distributors are. Legal actions at the very least this should be modified to into account legal action that does not apply to the business and out come of such actions. Thank you Donald G. Hansen
