Dear FTC, Please, please do not make the Business Opportunity Rule happen. I have been involved in Direct Sales for a number of years, with a number of different organizations, why would you punish someone who is just trying to find the right fit. Or try to make it more difficult. Direct Sales is a fabulous option for women or men who need to earn an income but also stay at home with their children, stay at home with a sick relative or help pay for a college tuition...your option for the BOR would make it harder and not all inviting to the wonderful opportunity lia sophia has to offer. I have floated around different companies a coupld of times, why should that be a problem. I did not take advantage of the system, I was just trying to find a awesome product and one that I enjoyed selling. Had the BOR been in effect I don't know if I would have joined Direct Sales, way too difficult. There has to be a better way, you are making something much harder than it has to be. Do you know how many women lives change for the better because of lia sophia and other companies? Why on earth do you need to make it harder and impossible for someone new to direct sales? I love my job and I am good at it and I follow the rules and I teach my recruits to follow the rules and handle there own business with integrity and honor. Please don't ruin this opportunity.
