The proposal for multi-level marketing would cripple an industry that has benefitted families for decades. I understand that there are those who chose to create illegal schemes, but do those who have a proven track record of more than 4 decades really need to be subjected to this type of provision? Quixtar has the backing of a company that began in the 50s and has truly become the model of successful network marketing plans. I have been an IBO since the late 90s when Quixtar launched. We have seen many personal and financial benefits from this business and see many around us who also have benefitted. The proposed new requirements would not aid any prospects we work with because we do have full disclosure with them and our corporation does an excellent job of letting people know this is not a "get rich quick" business and requires an tremendous amount of work. Please reconsider your plans for new laws and at least make these new plans for future businesses only and not those who have existed for years and proven themselves to be legitimate and successful. Thank you, Julie Helman
