To whom this may concern, The reason why I became a Independent Sales Consultant is the opportunity to make money is up to me and I can stay home with my kids, my husband works crazy hours with his job. Without this business I don't know what I would do to make extra money. The proposed Business Opportunity Rule would almost make it impossible for Independent Sales Consultants to have a business at all. To sign up and become a consultant takes only around $100. There is a period of time that that consultant can get a 90% refund if that is what they want to do. Most anyone can go buy a tv or a car or a house that would cost them allot more money and more headache than these business can do for a person and their personal well being. No one wants to give out their personal information to a stranger, what would giving refrences do? I really think this proposal is going to affect millions of hardworking stay at home moms and dads just trying to make a living in this crazy world and it should be reconsidered. Denise Paporello
