Comments:
To Whom it May Concern, If implemented, this proposed ruling would place and undue burden on the direct selling industry. If a potential recruit has decided to join, they should be allowed to act upon that decision immediately. To quote Tony Robbins, one should never leave the site of setting a goal without doing something toward its achievement. Otherwise, you lose momentum, and momentum is critical in the direct selling business. Also, in this day and age, protection of privacy is a huge issue. For those of us who are already within the organization, we don't want our personal information given to complete strangers with whom we've had no personal contact. Direct selling provides an opportunity to those who would not otherwise have the wherewithal to enter business for themselves. Unreasonable restrictions of this nature would impair the ability of recruiter and recruit to succeed. Please give this issue your utmost consideration. Sincerely, Julia Palmer lia sophia Advisor
