THere are several provisions in the new proposed rule that I have oppositon to. THe start up cost for a Quixtar IBO is only $60 (approx) - and that money is fully refundable. During the resgistration process each new registrant is shown all disclaimers and average income. At that point it is up to them if they would like to decline registration. Plus the cost of $60 is a very low risk, people spend more to fill up their gas tanks. Also, to have to wait 7 days to register someone is not necessary for a Quixtar IBO, because there is a 6 month money back guarantee there is no risk to anyone who registers who may later change their mind. We have been in Quixtar for several years and have known Quixtar to be one of the most credible direct selling companies. Putting the numerous restrictions on a company like Quixtar would be unfair - and to have to divulge any lawsuit, etc. that includes those to be unfounded is incomprehensible. Let people take some responsibility for their decisions and do their own research. They do not need to be "told" they have to especially for a company with Quixtar's integrity.
