To whom it may concern regarding the proposed Business Opportunity Rule. Re: Opposed to new ruling. I am currently a independent distributor with a company Xango. I am not a lawyer but immediately after reading the new ruling the potential to those like my self who operate a legitimate business from our homes would be devastating. I do appreciate the FTC, but this new ruling would create a logistical problem to the extent that in all probability would cause the failure of countless legitimate business's. We are at a time where economic pressures are mounting, this would be an unfair blow to those of us who are willing to work to better our lives, our familys and those whom we share our opportunity with.
