It has come to my attention that there is a new law which may be enacted that will have a tremendous effect on my business. I have read over the proposed law and although I can see what is trying to be accomplished, I disagree with several aspects of what is being proposed. Our company sells one product only and it is very exciting in that people who use it often times have very quick results which gets them enthusiastic about purchasing it. The 7-day waiting period proposed would be such a deterrent for this and kind of takes the wind out of your sails. It also seems to harbor a feeling of doubt and suspicion about the product. We also have in our company a fantastic return policy and a very small investment amount. Anyone can afford it which makes it such a great way to start out. Most of all I am worried and concerned about having to provide names and addresses of people who have signed up to be part of our company. This is a huge issue and I for one would not want others having access to my name and any other information unless I want to give it to them. This could allow any number of people to have mine and others private information and that in itself makes me feel very violated and ill at ease. I understand the efforts you are making to help protect people who are constantly being tricked into businesses that are robbing them not only of their money but many times their actual future. I speak from personal experience as this happened recently to a family member of mine and they cannot do anything to get their money back. It is something they will probably not be able to pay off before they die. It sickens me that they were led to do this by someone who was really good at making it all look legitimate. There must be other ways of making some kind of restrictions that will not affect our business so harshly. I know many businesses are not legitimate. Ours is a fantastic product and I would be so disappointed if the way I presented it to others had all these stipulations that put such a damper on it. Please try to do it in a different way.
