Please consider the entrepenurial spirit of American Citizen's who make small business' a viable part of the "American Way" and their contributions to what makes America, "AMERICA!" Your recommendation to regulate this BOR would bring those who practice improper trade to a fair set of standards but not penalize those of us who do work and practice fair trade and information.
