Dear Sir or Madam I am writting you in opposition to the proposed business opportunity rule . R511993 I have been a distributor for Herbalife International since 1982.In that time I have not been aware of even one unresolved compaint. Herbalife alway promptly refunds the purchase of any disattisfied customer or distributor. I've enjoyed the health benifits of the products and am proud to represent Herbalife. Rule R51193 places an uneccessary burden on the person seeking an inexpensive opportunity. Why? Because the the paperwork designed to help the opportubity seeker will discourage people from offering the opportunity to those who need it. The FTC needs to decline the proposal of Rule R511993. Its bad for the busisness opportunity seeker,and its bad for the American seeking a low cost business. Sincerely Clint Jones
