Hello, I am Jess Tiffany I started a business with in Quixtar several years ago. For a long time I did not treat my business seriously, however I tied into the training. Through the encouragement of the people I quite drinking, partying and became a more productive person. Every aspect of my life has been enhanced and I have been able to significantly increase my income in my job outside of the business. I am what is called a 2500 in the business, which typically makes 300-600 a month for me. I am super excited about my future and expect to do very well with Quixtar. I am concerned about this possible rule change. My business is built on a principle of integrity and momentum, those are core factors to our success. You have to be able to get started at the pace of the people we are working with. Some people get started the same day because they see the potential, I have other people that take sever months to get started. I help them at their pace. Then Integrity comes in to build a long term relationship to keep the business solid. I am very up front with my prospects letting them know that this is not a get rich quick deal and they will need to expect to work hard to make a good income. I show the prospects the approved SA-4400 plan and the monthly gross average income from the SA-4400. I let them know they can earn more than what the SA-4400 shows and they can earn less than what it shows based on their efforts and the efforts of their team. As far as the litigation rule, I feel the only way that should be allowed is if Walmart and Target have to post all their litigations on the door when you walk in. The challange being they have so much more litigation you would not be able to find the door if they listed them all. I generally do not tell people my income at all personally and I think it is very unfair to my new people especially to walk up to their friends and say I made $18 last week, wanna get in business with me? They would laugh and walk away. If you say my buisness mentor was able to get out of debt and quite his job to only work with quixtar at age 24 because he was making more than he was at his job. That would be much more appealing. I also do not like the idea that I need to provide information of multiple other busines owners nearby. That is like Walmart giving someone a map to Target and Kmart, and saying hey I worked super hard to get you to my store but just in case, check out my competitors before you shop at my store. That totally takes away the bennefits of all my hard work to show a person our opportunity and then have someone else get that business because they made more money, or looked nicer or whatever. I also am a fan of getting rid of these people out there trying to rip someone off. It makes me very mad when people try to take advantage of other people. I think showing them an approved form, such as the SA-4400 and showing the people the gross average income, and perhaps the companies total sales for the last 5 years. Also our company has a very resonable cancelation policy, I personally also will refund anyones registration fee if they feel I have in anyway misled them in anyway. I have refunded people money out of my own pocket before, then Quixtar refunded to me in that 1 case. Thank you for trying to cut down on the get rich quick schemes out there. I trust you will be able to find ways to do that without hurting the honest businesses. Have a great day.
