I am fortuniate to be able to own my own business it is obserd that the goverment and the state dicate how we live, work and eat now they see fit to tell us how to make extra income/ ie: own OUR OWN business. I think these people need to worry about other thing such as crime & educating our childern. The federal trade commission should not change the rule, they are punishing the hard worker NOT helping, if the change the rule they are only LINNING their pockets.
