I appreciate the opportunity to respond. I am completely opposed to the ruling suggested by the FTC. I am sure that no other upstanding businesses have to show or make available to the respondant that this # of people have started work with a company and then quit for any variety of reasons. I know when I worked and recruited for Gap Inc, that I never told the people I was trying to hire that there were so many before them that had discontinued employment. Nor should I now have to make any of that information available. I am honest, ethical and train any of my recruits to also provide that to our customers. In fact, I would not have a business, if honesty and customer service were not provided, by me. I feel that this ruling is an injustice to all of us stay at home Moms, single mothers, and many more... we depend on the simplicity of our businesses, and keeping that available is a must. We have something special and different than what I was offered at Gap or any other large employer, and trust me, people are not joining our businesses to be scams, but to be able to provide and live a life that large corporations won't and can't provide. period. I have been there too. Please hear us, and oppose this ruling. Thank-you, Sincerely, Emily Berg
