As an IBO with Quixtar for almost 3 years, I applaud your desire to control the scams that are out there today. While reading through the information on the proposed new rules, some things concerned me. I personally do not want my name and phone number to be given to anyone that I did not hand it to myself. Also I feel that this would open up all business owners (of any legitimate home based business) to being questioned about their personal finances (and possibly many other things that are of no one else's concern). Legitimate Businesses, such as ours, have a refund policy for anyone that is not satisfied. I do want to see people be protected from scams because they harm all direct selling businesses.
