I am appalled at the disregard that is being shown to the small business owner. This proposed new Business Opportunity Rule will be the death of my small business. A lot of excitement and urgency is created when a new start signs on to be an advisor on my team. To have to wait 7 days would be discouraging fot the new hire and they may lose momentum all together. This business is a great opportunity for the "every woman" or man and this rule would put a damper on the fire that causes new businesses to bloom and flourish. I would also have to raise my prices to cover the costs generated by researching and providing the information as a result of this proposed rule. I adamantly oppose this proposed new business opportunity rule.
