In responce to the proposed rule 16 CFR Part 437, I am opposed. I have been an IBO for over 10 years. I do not feel it is necessary to mandate a 7 day waiting period. Prospects have always had as much time as they needed to make a decition on registering. I believe the disclosure document greatly infringes on my privacy as a business owner, a single woman, and all other business owners.
