Dear FTC Committee; Thank you for goal of regulating our idustry for the better. As a Quixtar Independent Bus. Owner, I am proud of the integrity and stablility of the Alticor/Quixtar business model. It is a fulltime career for me and my family. Since Quixtar already offer a 6 month buy-back policy, the proposed 7 day waiting period would hinder legit and viable business growth thereby limiting profitability. Maybe a compromise is that companies must have a 7 day waiting period if they do not offer a 6 mo. buy back policy. In our case also we market for existing standard retailers such as Circuit City, Barnes & Noble, Office Depot, Dockers and another 1000+ name brands. This will reduce our capability to sell their goods. It this fair to them? We are confident that our pioneering leadership proves at the standard to view all others. The facts are strong. We appreciate your interest in making things better for all. God Bless the USA - Terry Robertson
