To Whom It May Concern, I would like you to understand that implementing these regulations would be a needless and harmful act on entrepreneurs like me. My network marketing company, Quixtar, is legitimate and the rules would signifiantly decrease the rate of sponsorship of new business owners into my opportunity. Most people in network marketing are the best of citizens--entreprenuers and people who like to help others. Please do not enforce these rules and punish all of us for the illegal dealings of a few crooks. Dishonest people are going to find a way to break the law to make money regardless and THEY won't be the ones abiding by the new regulations anyway: so enacting these regulations will not stop the bad people--they will only hurt the good people.
