Dear Sir's I would like to address the new ruling, Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 that the Federal Trade Commission is currently looking to implement.I applaude you for looking after public interest and trying to make it safe from unethical business practices. I have been with the Xango Corporation for approximately one and one half years and have found it to be a very professional and to the word business. Being able to approach someone and sign them up without the seven day waiting period is imparative to our business. When talking with someone they usually will read te brochures you present and listen to a disc by the owner of the company. After letting them experience the taste of the juice they are usually ready to sign. Our's is a simple business that is very duplicateable. Adding any more to it would cause us to look as if we were hiding something or that there is a problem with the business model. This has helped me and my family greatly by giving us hope for a better life through good health and making the extra money needed to keep us going with me having to work police off-duty jobs all the time. As stated the seven day waiting period will cause the company to administration headaches that are unnecessary and cause delays in all areas from signing up customers to setting our direct selling plan in a negative light. The earning claims that would be required administrators have a difficult time in collecting the required data. Finding the nearest 10 people for existing sales could and would cause privacy and safety issues. Thank you again for your concern for the American public but I ask you to please consider the impact it will have on the distributors who are trying to make a legitiment living or second income to keep our households going. sincerely yours, Scott Newell
