Concerning Business Opportunity Rule, R511993, I urge you to not accept this as written. Although I do appreciate the fact that you are attempting to protect the public, including me, from those who would engage in unfair or deceptive practices, I can find nothing in the proposed rule that would prevent the unethical from being in business: they would simply falsify more information in odered to appear legitimate. But, for those of us who are honest, the proposed rule would create many hardships and undoubtibly curtail the growth of the home based direct sales business which has allowed millions to find purpose, honor, and financial security ijn their lives. I am proudly involved in my own home based direct sale business. I do want to stop the dishonest, but this proposed rule will stop nothing. Please reconsider.
