My wife and I are in our sixtys and have been IBO's since 2000. We have met some of our goals and not some (due to illness) but still would not give up this business. We have both children and grandchildren building their own businesses with Quixtar. With this organizations training in personal values and leadership we have no doubt they will go far. Not all of our children and grandchildren are a part of the business just as we realize not all of our prospects will be. Any kind of inforced waiting period for registration has no value to either us or our prospects. We use uniform sign-up packets containing all the necessary forms and documents which are read and signed by the IBO and prospect. Average income Company wide is stated. We adhere to the strict rules and regulations put forth by Quixtar (the very best MLM) and take a serious interest in each new persons success. We remain aware each person has different goals and ideals and that is what we strive to help them accomplish. Most important is helping them realize an immediate success in starting their own group. We invite them to Open Meetings where they can see the business plan again and meet other IBO's and prospects. Concerning an inforced policy on earnings information I know of no instance where in any kind of business there is a policy to give out another persons private information. I would not like to have hundreds of prospects calling me for private informtion on my business. would you? Our earnings are a reflection of our goals and these vary from person to person. We put enfices on work and reward! NO GET RICH QUICK We show our commitment by helping each new person attain their goals and become successful. We match their effort whatever that may be. We supply documentation of start-up costs and which (registration only) are mandatory and which is choice. As for litigation, all Companies fall into some sort of litigtion. Providing lists are not only not informative in themselves but confusing and negative as they nor their cases are explained. We feel these proposed rules are unfair and burdensome and will greatly hinder the short-term success of our groups. They are detrimental to the very meaning of the FREE ENTERPRIZE system. We love this business, especially the positive people we get to associate with and the debt free lifestyle we are being taught and would do no other. Our Business is based on the realization of God, Family and Business in that order. Sincerely
