Dear Sirs or Madams, I have been an IBO with Quixtar for 9 mo. and have well statisfied with my expieriences as a member. I have been provided an oppurtunity to actually do something positive and have hope to move on in a good direction. The proposed rules will in my opinion will be far too harsh and will be a 'wet blanket' on the fire that needs to be burning in your belly to suceed in any business.Please use extreme caution and a lot of thought before these rules are implemented. My company is working with various organizations to come up with reasonable solutions.Heed them. Thank you. Reg Vela
