Hello, I for one do NOT agree with this new proposal because it will not help Independent business owners create a healthy business. We need to eliminate the waiting period,eliminate the requirment to provide 10 references, and eliminate the requirment to disclose past litigation. Solution - If disclosures are needed, require a simple, standard, easily understood disclosure such as "average monthly gross income for 'active' IBOs."
