Good Morning FTC, Our Names are Derrick Mosley and my lovely wife Lora Mosley and we are Independent Business Owners (IBOs) affliated with Quixtar. We recently became an IBOs in December of last year and we are on our way to making our dreams a reality. The proposed waiting period will be a hinderance to those who do not want to delay in the process of making their dreams a reality. When we heard about the opportunity we did not need seven days to think about if we wanted the opportunity to retire early and live our lives on our own terms. If this is implemented, then a person will be delayed seven days from making their dream a reality. There are so many people in society who are in need of these resources and we do not believe that anyone should have to wait in order to make their dreams a reality. With regards to the information about the business and lawsuits, every since the begining of time when organizations were formed, there has always been someone who will say something negative about anyone or anything. I am willing to bet that someone has tried to sue and slander the Federal Trade Commission for one reason or another. The opportunity that Quixtar presents is for people to own a business with a minimal investment. When we are showing the business plan, we tell people up front that we are not presenting to them a get rich quick scheme. We also convey to them that in order for them to make their dreams come true it is going to require effort on their part. Our role is to coach them and guide them toward their goal. If we are made to disclose our income from the business it will discourage others from getting involved because we have just started building our business. We kindly petition you the ladies and gentlemen of the FTC to allow us and others to live our dreams without limits.
