By passing this law, as written, will likely reduce the number of DSA businesses in the US due to the complexity of record keeping required. Please reconsider what you are asking and how it may effect many current DSA consultants' businesses. While protecting the public from fraud is very important, there are ways to do that without causing such a burden on the seller.
